Our classes are packed with science-based movements that build emotional, mental and physical skills. Your kid thinks they're just having fun, but really they're getting stronger, more confident and more resilient.
OUR STORY
Originally built in 2015 by Megin and Matt Sharp for their daughter Ella. Their goal was to make her Stronger and More Confident. This simple goal led them to partner with child development experts and create a unique curriculum focused on the critical skills kids need to succeed.
Megin and Matt partnered with Lincoln Brown to turn the idea into a scalable business. The goal was to help as many families as possible. They eventually moved KidStrong Headquarters to Frisco, Texas. In 2018, they opened the first KidStrong Frisco.
The original business plan for KidStrong was written on a tablecloth at Ted’s Montana Grill in Lexington, Ky.
Celebrating open 100th location in 2023 with Franchisee Barb Volk in Plantation, Florida.
RAPID GROWTH
Since then, KidStrong has experienced rapid growth, now with over 160 and growing locations serving over 65,000 kids per week, demonstrating its strong market appeal and a proven business model more than has generated success for franchisees in markets across the US and Canada.

You’ll also meet with our Head of Franchise Development to discuss your KidStrong dreams, operational plans, and our real estate strategy.
Discovery Day:
Next, you’ll come visit our headquarters in Frisco, TX to meet the KidStrong team, get an in-depth look at what it takes to build and run a successful KidStrong center, and of course grab some famous Texas barbeque.
Join the movement:
After Discovery Day, we'll finalize all the details of the franchise agreement. If it's a "Let's do this!" from both sides, you'll sign the agreement, pay the franchise fee, and officially become part of the KidStrong movement.
